CGC Gliders

For training, we are using the two-seaters of the Cambridge Gliding Centre (CGC) and CUGC members also have access to the other aircraft that CGC provides. For information about their fleet, visit the CGC website.

FRV: Centrair Pegase

FRV Rigging Notes Summary

We own a Centrair Pegase, a single seater with a retractable undercarriage, which is available for use by CUGC members at modest £20 per hour.

JRG: Standard Cirrus

For more experienced pilots (Bronze and above) we have Standard Cirrus, a single seater with an all-plane stabilizer.

CU: ASW 19b

Our previous single seater, an Alexander Schleicher ASW 19b, retired in 2024 after a hard field landing (no injuries).
